This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded care provider, taking responsibility for the leadership and continued development of a high-quality nursing home. The Role We’re looking for an accomplished Home Manager who combines strong clinical and operational leadership with commercial awareness, and who is passionate about delivering an exceptional standard of care and resident experience. You’ll lead and develop the home’s team, maintain strong standards across CQC compliance, quality, occupancy and financial performance, and build positive relationships with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
