DECORATOR REQUIRED – NEWCASTLE PYRA Construction Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced Painter & Decorator for a student accommodation project in Newcastle, located close to St James' Park. Job Details: * Position: 1x Painter & Decorator * Location: Newcastle – Near St James' Park * Project: Student Accommodation * Scope of Works: Decorating / Finishing works on approximately 850 fire doors * Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm / 6:00pm - can do more hours * Rate: Day rate or price work available – negotiable depending on experience * Parking: No on-site parking; nearby street parking costs covered The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out painting and decorating works to approximately 850 doors within a student accommodation development. Applicants must have previous experience in commercial or residential decorating projects, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be capable of producing a high-quality finish.
