Responsibilities include: Managing multimodal freight shipments from start to finish Liaising with clients, suppliers and overseas offices Monitoring shipment progress and resolving operational queries Processing client invoices and supplier costs within agreed KPIs Maintaining high service standards and identifying process improvements About You Previous freight forwarding operations experience Understanding of import and export procedures Strong communication and organisational skills Customer-focused, proactive and solutions-driven approach Ability to manage workloads and build strong working relationships Interested?
