As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading and supporting a dedicated care team while working directly with residents to ensure they receive the highest quality of care and support.

You will work closely with Team Leaders and Managers to create a safe, positive and nurturing environment where young adults can thrive, develop independence, and achieve their individual goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care planning.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example and make a genuine difference to the lives of young adults with complex needs.

About You

We are looking for compassionate, resilient and dedicated individuals who are passionate about improving the lives of others.

  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience supporting young adults with complex needs and additional behavioural challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build positive, trusting relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A patient, resilient and positive approach.
  • Confidence working within a fast-paced residential care environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rota pattern, including alternate weekends.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive hourly rate.
  • Permanent full-time position with consistent hours.
  • Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.
  • Opportunities to progress within a growing specialist care organisation.
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment.
  • The chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of young adults with additional needs.

This is a challenging but incredibly rewarding opportunity for a caring professional who wants to combine leadership responsibilities with meaningful, hands-on support work. If you're passionate about helping young people reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.
