We work with established health and social care providers and are looking for reliable care professionals who want flexible agency shifts around their existing commitments. Applicants should ideally have: * Previous UK health or social care experience * Enhanced DBS, preferably registered on the Update Service * Mandatory care training completed within the last 12 months * Right to work in the UK * Good communication skills * A reliable and professional approach Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, supported living or complex care requirements would be beneficial. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle may increase the number of shifts available, particularly for locations outside central Penzance.
