pi financial is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee IT & Systems Assistant.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in technology who is keen to learn, develop new skills and gain hands-on experience in a busy office environment.

You don't need previous IT experience or formal qualifications, just a positive attitude, good computer skills and a willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside our IT team, your responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point of contact for IT queries and providing basic technical support.
• Helping colleagues with everyday IT issues, including password resets and user access.
• Assisting with computer equipment, maintenance and supplies.
• Keeping IT records, systems and user information up to date.
• Processing electronic forms, data entry and document uploads.
• Helping with data cleansing, mail merges and basic website/extranet updates.
• Setting up IT equipment for meetings.
• Providing general IT and administrative support.

As your confidence and experience grow, there will be opportunities to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
