You’ll be joining a leading manufacturer in Fareham, supporting a calm, close-knit finance team as they transition their accounts payable function overseas. This is a temporary role so you’ll hit the ground running, get stuck into meaningful work, and help keep the wheels turning for a business that’s growing fast.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:
Processing around 1000 invoices per month
Reconciling supplier statements
Assisting with payment runs
Navigating the complexities of international tax rules
Working closely with the supply chain team
Ensuring smooth handover as the AP function transitions overseas
What you will need:
Previous experience in accounts payable, finance assistant, or similar roles
Strong attention to detail and the ability to check your own work
Experience with Netsuite (or similar finance systems)
Calm, methodical personality suited to a quiet, professional office
