What you'll be doing

• Working a steady pipeline of warm, pre-qualified referrals by phone, no cold outreach
• Running fast-paced, consultative sales conversations aimed at a one-call close
• Building trust and credibility with decision makers over the phone
• Managing the full sales cycle by phone and email only, no site visits, no meetings
• Hitting and exceeding targets as part of a high performing outbound sales team
• Delivering a first-class customer experience at speed

What you'll bring

• 2+ years' experience in telephone-based sales (not field, face-to-face or retail)
• A track record of closing new business in one or two calls
• Experience working warm or referral-based leads
• Strong objection-handling, rapport-building and telephone communication skills
• Solid pipeline management and organisational skills
• A stable career history showing progression and results
