Personal Injury Solicitor – Glasgow (2+ PQE)

Joining the dedicated Scotland team of an established personal injury firm, where you’ll handle a varied caseload across road traffic, credit hire, employer’s liability and clinical negligence claims. This Glasgow-based role would suit an experienced Scottish solicitor looking to make a real difference for clients while continuing to develop their practice.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you’ll be trusted to manage your own caseload with the backing of an experienced and committed team.

The role

You’ll manage your own caseload of personal injury claims from initial advice through to settlement or court. You’ll advise clients on their rights and options following an injury, prepare and progress claims, negotiate settlements with insurers and represent clients in court where required.

About you

This role would suit a solicitor who:

• Is a qualified Scottish solicitor with 1+ years’ personal injury experience
• Has experience across RTA, credit hire, EL and/or clinical negligence claims
• Is confident working independently and as part of a team
• Communicates clearly and has excellent attention to detail
