Your new role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out synthesis, purification, formulation and quality control activities in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements. Working within ISO 5 and ISO 7 clean room environments, you will support the production of high-quality products while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:

• Operating manufacturing and purification equipment, including HPLC systems.
• Performing routine quality control checks and product testing.
• Supporting formulation activities using UV-Vis spectroscopy.
• Completing manufacturing documentation to GMP/GDP standards.
• Maintaining cleanroom standards and equipment through routine cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Assisting with investigations, deviations and process improvements.
• Supporting continuous improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in scientific discipline or previous experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical or cleanroom manufacturing.
• Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment.
• Familiarity with laboratory or manufacturing equipment such as HPLC, AKTA systems, spectroscopy or similar analytical instruments.
• Experience safely handling chemicals or hazardous materials.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with SAP, TrackWise or similar systems would be advantageous.
