SALES MANAGER HONITON | £35,000–£40,000 BASIC | £60,000–£65,000 OTE (TBC) WORKING PATTERN: EVERY SATURDAY | SUNDAYS OFF | ONE DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK THE OPPORTUNITY Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting an experienced Sales Manager for an automotive dealership in Honiton. This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a dealership sales team, drive commercial performance and play a key role in developing the business. THE ROLE As Sales Manager, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for the dealership's sales operation, leading the team and ensuring the department delivers against its commercial objectives. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading, motivating and developing the sales team. * Driving vehicle sales performance and achieving departmental targets. * Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve results. * Planning and organising sales activity to maximise opportunities. * Maintaining high standards of customer service throughout the sales process. * Taking a hands-on approach to the effective running of the department.
