The Role

As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, reducing outstanding debt and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Chasing outstanding payments and overdue invoices.
• Resolving invoice queries and payment disputes.
• Monitoring aged debt and maintaining accurate account records.
• Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve account issues.

About You

• Previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to chasing payments and resolving queries.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
