Client Engagement Assistant – (Hybrid)

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading national financial planning organisation that prides itself on delivering outstanding client service and modern, technology-enabled financial advice.

As a Client Engagement Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Planners by coordinating client onboarding, managing review meetings, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a background in financial services who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating client onboarding and annual review meetings
• Handling client and provider enquiries
• Maintaining accurate client records
• Supporting Financial Planners and internal teams
• Ensuring processes follow regulatory and internal standards

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Financial Services (advice/wealth management ideal)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple systems (training provided)
• A proactive, client-focused approach

The Details:

• Location: North Yorkshire (hybrid working – approx. 60% office / 40% home)
• Contract: Permanent
