Your new role

As Marketing Campaigns & Events Executive, you'll play a key role in planning, delivering and optimising integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to support audience growth, lead generation, brand awareness and commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, content and print channels.
• Creating engaging marketing content and promotional materials.
• Supporting lead generation campaigns and customer acquisition activities.
• Managing social media activity, including paid and organic campaigns.
• Coordinating webinars, podcasts, thought leadership initiatives and digital events.
• Managing attendance at industry exhibitions and events, including logistics, promotional materials and supplier liaison.
• Producing campaign performance reports and analysing key marketing data and metrics.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to support business growth and commercial objectives.
• Creating and editing digital content, including graphics, video and social media assets.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a marketing, campaign management or digital marketing position.
• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong content creation skills with experience using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of social media marketing, email campaigns and CRM platforms.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and producing reports.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, creative and results-driven approach.

Experience coordinating events, webinars, exhibitions or conferences would be highly advantageous.

What you'll get in return

• Salary of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
• Initial 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent opportunity.
• Hybrid working, with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office (ideally 2-3 days).
• Full-time hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-5:30pm and Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
