We're recruiting an ambitious Business Development Exeuctive to join a well established business in the Crewe area. If you thrive on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and picking up the phone, this could be the perfect next step.

£29,000-£30,000 basic salary
Bonus up to £2,000
Pension scheme
Increasing holiday entitlement with service
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (office-based in Crewe)

You'll be engaging with inbound leads, generating new business through outbound calls, nurturing prospects, promoting extended warranty contracts, and supporting a busy sales team. You'll also have the chance to attend industry exhibitions and learn from a market-leading product portfolio.

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous sales, telesales or customer service experience
• Confidence on the phone and strong relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience
