The Role:

• Join an existing team
• Run a ready-to-go residential conveyancing caseload - of good quality matters
• If you want you could handle a mixed residential & commercial property caseload
• Contribute to strategy/direction of the department/firm
• Work collaboratively with an existing solicitor who supports compliance/process development

About you:

• This role could suit a qualified or non-qualified fee earner
• Your experience is far more important than qualification
• Support may be available for those completing qualification routes (e.g: CILEX/SQE).
• You should have at least 3 years’ experience within conveyancing
