This is a newly created position for an IT Support Engineer to take an instrumental position within a leading financial services business. This role pays £45,000 + bonus and is 5 days a week full time in brand new office site in St Pauls, London.

To be considered for this position, you will have solid experience in remote & deskside BAU user IT support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing user support for the standard Microsoft stack. Skills & experience will include:

• Windows 11
• Azure AD / Entra ID
• Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Teams & OneDrive)
• Setting up laptops, printers, wifi, VoIP and VPN’s
• CRM support (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Dynamics etc)

My client has been operating for circa 20 years and is going through continued growth, with IT playing a large part in helping the company to progress. This is a newly opened London office to help the next phase of expansion.
