THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

• Assisting customers in person and over the phone to identify and source the correct parts

• Identifying and ordering parts accurately to specification to support customer and workshop requirements

• Checking incoming parts deliveries and ensuring orders are complete and accurate

• Following up on outstanding orders, availability and pricing, keeping customers and colleagues updated

• Processing invoices and customer payments accurately and efficiently

• Carrying out stock checks and helping to maintain accurate and effective inventory levels

YOUR PROFILE.

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised motor-trade environment

• Excellent communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach

• Experience using Kerridge/Drive and ETK

WORKING HOURS.

Basic Salary £31,200 (depending on experience), with an OTE of £40,000+ per annum.

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm or 7.00am – 5.00pm, and Saturday 8.00am – 12.30pm on a rota basis (paid as overtime).
