We are currently recruiting Footwear Operatives to join a busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, or other practical hands-on experience who are looking to build a career within a specialist industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on various stages of the footwear production process
• Assembling, finishing, and checking products to quality standards
• Operating basic machinery and hand tools where required
• Inspecting products for defects and reporting issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working collaboratively as part of a production team

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, engineering, or another hands-on role
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
