The Supply Register is delighted to be working in partnership with Prospere Trust Schools and is looking for caring, enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistantsto join the dedicated team at Piper Hill Specialist School as soon as possible. The Role

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Assisting with learning, behaviour regulation, and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Helping to implement individual education and behaviour support plans
• Promoting positive relationships and engagement in learning

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH pupils
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
• Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
