Pay: £13.03 per hour Job Description: FLT Counterbalance Driver Job Type: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Friday Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts Overtime: Available, paid at enhanced rates Job Description We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently, moving stock around the warehouse, and supporting the smooth running of daily operations. Working Hours * Early shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm * Late shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm * Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday * Overtime available when required * Overtime paid at time and a half * Sunday working paid at double time Key Responsibilities * Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely. * Loading and unloading vehicles. * Moving, stacking and locating stock within the warehouse. * Supporting warehouse operations and general duties as required. * Following health and safety procedures at all times. * Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment. Requirements * Valid FLT Counterbalance licence. * Previous counterbalance forklift experience preferred. * Good understanding of warehouse health and safety. * Reliable, punctual and hardworking. * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
