What Will You Be Doing? Supervising pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4 Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Ensuring students remain engaged and complete their assigned work Supporting students with questions and classroom activities Following school policies and safeguarding procedures Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons Who Are We Looking For? Experienced Cover Supervisors Teaching Assistants ready to progress Graduates with relevant experience working with young people Sports coaches, youth workers and mentors Unqualified teachers with secondary classroom experience You'll Need: Confidence managing groups of secondary-aged students Strong communication and behaviour management skills A reliable, professional and adaptable approach Experience supporting children or young people Availability during school hours An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one Why Work With PK Education?
