As an Aftersales Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the ownership of their machinery. Working closely with customers, Service Managers and Parts teams, you will help ensure they receive a first-class aftersales experience while identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and drive business growth. You will take a proactive approach to customer care, using telematics, fleet data and CRM systems to anticipate customer requirements, identify service opportunities and develop targeted aftersales solutions. Key responsibilities include: Managing and developing customer accounts. Identifying service and sales opportunities. Working with Parts and Service Managers to develop targeted service and parts programmes. Promoting fixed-price servicing, repairs and maintenance packages. Building strong customer relationships and supporting aftersales growth. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in agricultural machinery, automotive, plant or a similar industry. Strong knowledge of parts, servicing, warranties and aftersales products. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. A proactive, commercially focused approach. Good IT/CRM skills and strong organisation. A full, clean UK driving licence
