Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for flexible temporary work?

We are seeking professional, friendly, and reliable Receptionists to provide ad-hoc cover for a well-established organisation in Crawley throughout November.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy being the first point of contact and thrive in a busy front-of-house environment.

Duties will include:

• Welcoming visitors and managing reception
• Answering and transferring incoming calls
• Managing meeting room bookings
• Handling incoming and outgoing post and couriers
• Providing general administrative support
• Maintaining a professional and organised reception area

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• A professional and approachable manner
• Reliability and flexibility to cover ad-hoc shifts
