1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Primary School

Salary: £95 - £110 per day

Reed Education are currently seeking a committed 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support for a primary-aged pupil with additional needs within a Doncaster school.

This rewarding role is ideal for someone who has experience supporting children with SEN and can build positive relationships that encourage both academic and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for a pupil with SEN.
• Assist with learning, communication and emotional regulation.
• Implement strategies recommended by external professionals.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Promote a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• Experience supporting children with SEN.
• Understanding of autism, ADHD or other additional needs would be advantageous.
• Calm, patient and resilient approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
