Employment Solicitor - Fully Remote - Flexible Working - Up to £100,000 A specialist Employment practice is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its fully remote team, offering an unusually flexible working model in which you determine your own working pattern and hours.
The firm focuses on privately funded claimant Employment work, particularly settlement agreements and negotiated exits. The caseload is generated for you, allowing you to concentrate on advising clients and progressing matters without the need to develop your own referral network or spend time generating work.
The practice operates without a conventional set-hours model, with remuneration linked to chargeable hours rather than billings or fee income.
The opportunity could suit an experienced Employment Solicitor seeking greater autonomy over their working life, whether on a full-time basis or through a reduced-hours arrangement. At 25 chargeable hours per week, the salary equivalent is £70,000; for someone consistently working 15 chargeable hours per week, the equivalent is £42,000. The model is designed to accommodate different working patterns, with the flexibility to determine when and how you work.
No set office days or prescribed daily working hours, the emphasis is on delivering high-quality legal work while allowing you to organise your professional and personal commitments around your own schedule.
What the Firm Offers: - Fully remote working, with no requirement to attend an office
