We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager Designate to join a leading brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader who enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams and driving commercial performance.

Based at a Central London store, you will also support other locations across the area when required, providing strong leadership and operational support.

Key responsibilities of this Assistant Manager Designate:

1. Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
2. Support the Store Managers' in building a positive, collaborative team culture.
3. Drive store performance, sales, KPIs, operations and compliance.
4. Maintain high visual merchandising, stock and operational standards.
5. Support the achievement of store targets and commercial goals.
6. Coach and develop team members through regular feedback and support.
7. Ensure accurate administration, stock control, cash handling, health & safety and compliance.

To be successful in your application for this Assistant Manager Designate:

1. Ideally having an experience as Department/Deputy/Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience within a customer-focused environment.
2. Experience in fashion, retail, hospitality or other premium customer-facing sectors.
3. Flexible to travel and work in central London and cover any absence, sickness, new store openings etc.
4. Strong operational, stock management and accuracy skills.
5. Ability to coach, share knowledge and support team development.
6. Strong interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
