Wise May are looking for a PA to join a friendly Financial Services company based in the City of London. The role will be supporting the Finance team and will need a candidate who is proactive and able to work with tight deadlines with a variety of support duties.

This is a full time, permanent role. The working hours are 09:00-17:30, Monday - Friday, hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home.)

PA duties include:

• Extensive diary management
• Booking travel and accommodation
• Scheduling and co-ordinating tasks and projects
• Organising and preparing for meetings
• Event organisation and co-ordination
• Attend and contribute to team meetings
• Arranging business lunches
• Uploading and submitting expenses
• Help with ad hoc tasks

PA skills required:

• Highly organised and efficient
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of creating presentations
• Knowledge of taking minutes
