They've already got the business, the industry knowledge and an experienced Senior Estimator looking after their existing operations. What they haven't got yet is someone to take ownership of the civils side and help build it from the ground up. They're looking for a Senior Estimator who knows civil engineering inside out. Someone who understands how to price work, knows the market, can spot opportunities and, more importantly, wants to be involved in something bigger than just another tender. This isn't about sitting behind a desk churning out estimates all day. It's about having a real say in the direction of a new division, helping establish its place in the market and watching something you've helped create actually grow. You'd be joining an established contractor, but with the opportunity to make the civils side your own. For the right person, that's a pretty exciting position to be in.
