Role: Assistant Site Manager Salary: £35,000/£40,000 + Package Location: South Yorkshire/Derbyshire Our client a respected regional contractor are recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. They work regionally on a variety of schemes which range in value from £500K-£5m. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist the Site Manager in coordinating daily operations on construction sites, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and according to schedule. Supervision: Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resource Management: Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, while monitoring budgets and costs to prevent overspending. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and issues, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
