Role Responsibilities Deliver targeted interventions and small group support Support whole-class learning activities Work on a 1:1 basis with pupils where required Assist teachers with planning and classroom delivery Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs Promote positive behaviour and engagement We're Looking For Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Experience supporting pupils within primary education Confidence leading interventions and group activities Strong behaviour management and communication skills A flexible and proactive attitude An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join The Supply Register?
