If you’d like to develop these skills further this job may be for you. ​ We're seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Skills Coaches (job coaching & classroom support) to join our dynamic team in the Black Country on a full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time, permanent basis. In this crucial role, you'll be the driving force behind our employability programs, including Supported Internships, providing tailored support to learners with SEND. Do you want to see what we do? If so click here. ​ You will be accountable for learner progression in the workplace and achieving outcomes for the learner. You will deliver support in various ways; 1-1 job coaching, working with learners to develop employability skills and embed English and Math learning in the workplace. You will also support learning during classroom settings.
