Receptionist – Ad-Hoc / Temporary Shifts

Location: Around the London area 
Hourly rate: From £12.71 Per Hour

We are seeking warm, professional, and service-driven individuals to join our pool of Receptionist, supporting a range of corporate and commercial clients on an ad-hoc temporary basis.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. You will play a key part in ensuring visitors, clients, and colleagues feel valued and well-supported from the moment they arrive.

About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will provide a blend of front-of-house and post room support. Each shift is varied, and you will be expected to adapt quickly to different tasks throughout the day. Responsibilities may include:

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and a friendly approach
• Support with post room duties, including receiving goods
• Manage internal and external post collection and distribution
• Efficiently handle incoming calls and general enquiries
• Uphold security procedures and ensure access requirements are followed
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
