The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst / Business Intelligence Developer to join a major manufacturing organisation and one of Northern Ireland's leading businesses.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BI or reporting professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful, accurate reporting that supports business decisions.
You'll take ownership of developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and data outputs, working with stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements and deliver effective reporting solutions.
What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data outputs using Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports and Excel
• Write and optimise MS SQL Server queries, views and stored procedures
• Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent and reliable
• Investigate and resolve data and reporting issues
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand and improve reporting requirements
• Manage multiple priorities and take ownership of delivery

What We're Looking ForYou'll ideally have:

• Experience working as a BI Developer, Reporting Analyst or within a similar reporting-focused role
• Strong SQL Server / T-SQL skills, including query optimisation
• Strong Power BI, including data modelling and DAX
• Strong Excel, including Power Query, lookups and PivotTables
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work

Experience working with large or complex datasets, data warehousing concepts, or modernising existing reporting solutions would be particularly valuable.
