Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys working with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment?

Tusker, an award-winning salary sacrifice car scheme provider and part of Lloyds Banking Group, is looking for a Customer Operations Administrator to join their Operations team. This is a varied role combining administration, data management and customer support, offering the opportunity to build valuable experience within a leading organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting customers through vehicle recall campaigns and arranging appointments.
• Handling customer queries by phone and email.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records across multiple systems.
• Reviewing customer feedback and identifying trends.
• Supporting vehicle ordering and operational administration processes.
• Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous administration and data entry experience.
• Confident communicating with customers by phone and email.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and databases.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Motor industry experience is not required. We'd love to hear from candidates with administration, customer service, operations, contact centre or data processing experience.
