ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER / CLADDING SITE SUPERVISOR REQUIRED – FRISTON 📍 Location: Friston 🏗️ Project: Major Infrastructure Project 📅 Start Date: ASAP 🔧 Duration: Ongoing Work Available We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager / Cladding Site Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project in Friston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cladding and external façade installation, with experience assisting in the management of site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring cladding works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. 🔧 Key Responsibilities & Requirements * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager, Cladding Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role. * Strong experience in cladding, external façades and building envelope installation. * Good technical knowledge of cladding systems, support structures and installation methods. * Experience coordinating subcontractors and supervising cladding installation teams. * Knowledge of steelwork, brackets, fixings and associated interfaces. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and technical details. * Experience monitoring site progress and ensuring works are delivered in line with project programmes. * Understanding of health and safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements. * Ability to carry out quality inspections and ensure works meet project specifications. * Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to assist the Site Manager with daily site coordination, progress reporting and workforce management. 🏗️ What's on Offer? ✅ Immediate start available ✅ Ongoing work on a major infrastructure project ✅ Opportunity to join an established project team ✅ Long-term potential for the right candidate 📩 Interested?
