Finance Assistant

Reed Accountancy are currently working with a renowned and close client of ours who are seeking a temporary Finance Assistant to join their team. Offering hybrid working and joining an established team, the successful candidate will assist in maintaining their day-to-day financial operations.

With the view to last an initial 3-months on a rolling contract, this position would suit someone immediately available or holding a short notice.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Maintaining purchase ledger function
• Processing purchase and sales transactions
• Reviewing POs and preparing supplier requests
• Creating and maintaining accounts
• Reconciling accounts and transactions
• Maintaining financial records
• Liaising with stakeholders around queries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar accounting role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
