Operations Excellence Leader Permanent Salary is up to £70,000 depending on experience  Monday– Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm Friday 7:30am-12:30pm Kingsbury, Greater London Operations Excellence Leader Job Description Lead the continuous improvement strategy across the site and ensure it supports overall business objectives. Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity and capacity. Lead cross-functional improvement projects from initial idea through to implementation and long term sustainability. Build business cases for improvement projects, including costs, benefits, resources and expected return. Introduce and embed Lean and Continuous Improvement tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping etc.  Continuous Improvement Leader Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Strong practical knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Proven experience leading projects from initial concept and planning through implementation, taking full ownership and accountability for delivery, and ensuring successful completion with measurable, sustainable results A proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in areas such as productivity, quality, cost, delivery and capacity. Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing teams at all levels.
