Estate Assistant (Mobile Cleaner) – 3 Month Assignment – Likely to be extended.

Location: West London (W12, W6 & SW6 areas)

Rate: £16.82 per hour PAYE + Holiday £18.65

Duration: 3 months – Likely to be extended into a longer-term role.

Hours: Mon – Fri 8-4

Driving Licence: Essential

Key Requirements:

• Previous professional cleaning experience (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience working across multiple sites
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and PPE
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills
• Key Duties:
• Carry out cleaning, grounds and estate maintenance duties to agreed standards
• Report repairs, fly tipping, graffiti and safeguarding concerns
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment and cleaning materials
• Complete accurate records using mobile devices
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures
• Vans always stay at the site; you would work as a team -mobile team - so locations change throughout week.
