We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee a large automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff. The successful Bodyshop Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, profitable operation of the bodyshop, reporting directly to the Area Manager.

Workweek of 50 hours, Monday to Friday, with paid breaks
Duties:
Oversee all operational aspects of the bodyshop to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability
Lead, train, and develop a large, skilled team, including customer service and administrative staff
Implement and maintain strict processes for quality control and health & safety standards
Manage workflow, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction
Monitor performance targets, advice on improvements and implement best practices
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shop performance
Requirements:
Recent or current experience as a Bodyshop Manager or similar role
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Methodical and organised approach to work
Strong knowledge of automotive accident repair processes
UK driving licence with minimal points
Management experience is preferred but Bodyshop Managers aiming for progression are encouraged to apply
