Publisher Sales Manager

£50,000-£60,000 + benefits | UK-based | Hybrid

We're working with a growing digital advertising business looking for a Publisher Sales Manager to drive new business growth and build partnerships with digital publishers.

The business works across the digital advertising ecosystem, helping publishers monetise their audiences by connecting them with advertiser demand, technology and optimisation expertise.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in publisher acquisition, programmatic advertising or ad networks who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and taking ownership of the full sales cycle.

The role

• Identify and target high-potential digital publishers across sectors including gaming, technology and education.
• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach through to negotiation, contract signature and onboarding.
• Manage inbound enquiries, qualify opportunities and arrange introductory meetings and demonstrations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and work towards individual and team revenue targets.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience acquiring digital publishers for an advertising platform, network or similar business.
• A strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic, header bidding, SSPs and ad networks.
• A track record of winning new business and managing the sales process from initial contact through to close..
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and a genuine drive to hit targets.
