Are you an experienced Kitchen Designer looking to join a busy, growing business that specialises in creating high-end bespoke kitchens?

We're recruiting for a talented designer to take ownership of projects from initial consultation through to installation, creating beautiful, made-to-measure kitchen solutions for a wide range of clients. You’ll be working closely with clients, you'll take the time to understand their vision, lifestyle requirements and design preferences before transforming ideas into practical, high-quality kitchen designs.

As a Kitchen Designer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and provide expert design advice
• Conducting site visits and taking accurate measurements
• Producing bespoke kitchen designs using CAD software
• Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacture
• Presenting design concepts, quotations and material recommendations
• Advising on cabinetry, worktops, appliances, storage solutions and finishes
• Liaising with production and installation teams throughout projects
• Managing projects from concept through to completion
• Building strong client relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ensuring designs are practical, manufacturable and commercially viable

Requirements for the Kitchen Designer:

• Previous experience designing bespoke kitchens, fitted furniture or high-end joinery products
• Strong CAD design skills
• Knowledge of cabinet construction, joinery techniques and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to convert enquiries into sales
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to read and interpret technical and architectural drawings

Salary, Hours & Benefits for the Kitchen Designer:

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
• £50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)
• 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
