In House Occupational Health Technician Site Based No Travel Up to circa £33,000pa Permanent Full Time About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Occupational Health Technician to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality occupational health services to our clients and their employees. Working as part of our occupational health team, you will carry out a range of health assessments and screening activities, helping to promote employee wellbeing and support people to remain healthy and at work. Key responsibilities * Carry out occupational health screening and health assessments. * Undertake health surveillance in line with relevant workplace requirements. * Complete measurements such as blood pressure, pulse, height, weight and BMI. * Perform appropriate health checks and screening tests following training and competency requirements. * Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records. * Provide employees with appropriate health and wellbeing information. * Identify any concerns and escalate to an Occupational Health Nurse or other appropriate clinician when required. * Work professionally and sensitively with employees from a wide range of backgrounds.
