Regional Manager - Block Management

Location: Somerset/Gloucester

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum

Overview

We are recruiting for a Regional Manager to join a well-established, block management company.

This will be to oversee a team of 5 Property Managers.

You will also manage one key client.

The Role

As Regional Manager, you will:

• Oversee a team of 3
• Ensure smooth day-to-day management of a largely stable portfolio
• Provide leadership, support, and development to your team
• Work closely with internal departments including Accounts, Legal, and Maintenance
• Contribute to improving processes, efficiencies, and overall service delivery
• Play a key role in the strategic growth and development of the business

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in block/property management at a senior level
• Previous experience managing and developing a team
• Strong knowledge of residential block management legislation and compliance
• Ability to manage a large and varied portfolio
• A proactive mindset with a desire to improve and grow a business
• Ideally based within a reasonable commuting distance to the office

Package & Benefits

• Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum
