Electricians Location: Park Lane, W1J Contract Duration: 9 Months – June Handover Start Date: ASAP Project: Luxury Hotel Refurbishment Hours: 10-12 hours per day We are looking for a qualified JIB Gold Card Electrician for a long-term hotel refurbishment project on Park Lane. The role will primarily involve carrying out extensive remedial works, distribution board upgrades, containment, and new lighting and power installations across guest suites, public areas, and back-of-house hospitality spaces. Key Responsibilities * Execute remedial electrical works across hotel rooms, corridors, and communal hospitality areas. * Carry out distribution board upgrades, sub-main replacements, and power circuit installations. * Install high-specification feature lighting, emergency lighting systems, and secondary power supplies. * Work independently off technical drawings, containment layouts, and installation schedules. * Maintain high standards of health, safety, neatness, and compliance within a high-specification refurbishment environment. Requirements & Qualifications * JIB / ECS Gold Card (Essential). * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent apprenticeship). * City & Guilds 18th Edition (BS 7671). * Proven experience working on commercial, luxury residential, or high-end hotel refurbishment projects. * Reliable, punctual, and able to work off own initiative with meticulous attention to detail
