Your new role Temporary HR Administrator
Somerset | Hybrid Working (3 Days On-Site, 2 Days WFH)
£28,000 Pro Rata (£14.80 per hour)Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking for your next temporary opportunity? We are supporting a well-known employer in Somerset with the recruitment of a Temporary HR Administrator to provide essential support during a busy seasonal period.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and fast-paced HR team, where you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee administration activities.What you'll be doing:

• Supporting high-volume seasonal recruitment campaigns
• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new starters
• Preparing employment contracts and offer documentation
• Conducting Right to Work checks
• Processing starter information and maintaining employee records
• Monitoring and coordinating completion of mandatory online training
• Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
• Providing administrative support to the HR Business Partner team
• Assisting with a variety of general HR administration tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous HR administration experience
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider HR team
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
