Our client, a leading organisation in the e-commerce sector, is seeking a talented Copywriter to join their dynamic team for a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the launch of a new business in Europe, where creativity meets strategy!

Position: Copywriter
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (6 months)
Working Pattern: Part time (20 hours per week - preferably over 5 days
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office in London)
Hourly Rate: £33.12 - £36.80

About the Role:
In this pivotal role, the Copywriter will be at the forefront of shaping customer communications, ensuring that every piece of content resonates with UK consumers. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate UK customer research and business priorities into compelling messaging and channel-ready copy.
• Develop and refine content strategies, voice, and tone guidelines that enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to create effective copy across various platforms, including onsite experiences, paid media, CRM, and social channels.
• Ensure all copy is compliant, accurate, and customer-centric, while maintaining clarity and impact.
• Utilise customer insights and performance data to continuously improve creative effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing multi-channel content strategies and messaging frameworks.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or digital customer journeys.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Design, Product, and Legal.
