Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? Perhaps you're a TA looking to step up or a recent Graduate with experience in tuition or working with young people? About the role: * Work within a Co-ed, supportive Academy chain in Dunstable, Bedfordshire supporting students to achieve their best. * Provide 1:1 support and lead small group interventions. * Step up to cover lessons and lead by example - all planning and work will be provided. * Be a strong role model with excellent classroom management skills. * Full-time, term-time only (school hours). * Pay from £95+ per day, paid weekly via PAYE.
