The Role

You'll be a key part of the on-site team, helping create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors while keeping the day-to-day operation running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming residents and visitors and managing reception
• Handling enquiries, deliveries and access
• Supporting resident requests and amenity bookings
• Keeping reception and communal areas looking their best
• Liaising with contractors and the property management team
• Helping resolve day-to-day issues and escalating when needed
• Completing basic administration and maintaining accurate records

About You

You might have experience in front of house, reception, residential concierge, hotels, hospitality or customer service...

• Well-presented, with a strong customer service mindset
• Comfortable using IT and handling basic admin
