Financial Adviser – Wealth Management
Tunbridge Wells | Up to £85,000 Basic + Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid Working
Are you an experienced Financial Adviser who enjoys building client relationships but would prefer to spend less time chasing new business and more time providing quality financial advice?
I'm recruiting for an established Wealth Management business in Tunbridge Wells that is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to help develop its financial planning offering.
This is a little different from a traditional Adviser role. You won't inherit an existing client bank, but you will have access to warm introductions from an established team of Managers who already have strong, long-standing relationships with their clients.
You'll work alongside them, attending joint client meetings, identifying financial planning opportunities and gradually building your own portfolio of clients.
It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the relationship side of financial advice, has strong technical knowledge and wants to develop a successful client bank without relying on cold calling.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
What Will You Be Doing?
You'll work closely with an established team of Investment Managers, helping their clients with financial planning needs beyond their existing investment portfolios.
Your responsibilities will include:
What Experience Will You Need?
I'm looking for an experienced, personable Financial Adviser who is technically strong, commercially aware and comfortable building relationships with both clients and other financial professionals.
Ideally, you'll have:
Is This the Right Move for You?
If you're an experienced Financial Adviser who enjoys working with clients but is frustrated by the constant pressure to generate your own leads, this could be a very attractive opportunity.
You'll have the chance to build a substantial, long-term client bank through existing relationships, with the backing of an established business and a dedicated support team.
You don't need to bring clients with you, and you won't be starting from cold leads. What matters is your ability to build trust, recognise financial planning opportunities and turn introductions into lasting client relationships.
If this sounds like the sort of opportunity you'd be interested in exploring, I'd be delighted to have an informal, confidential conversation.
